Arizona State Fair
I received this from the Arizona State Fair and if you exhibited last year you should have received it as well. It looks as though the financial woes are with them as well.

Livestock, Smallstock, and Competitive Exhibitor Handbooks will be available online ONLY beginning May 22, 2009. We will not be mailing any books.
Please go to: www.azstatefair.com/entries
if you are not able to download a copy, please call 602-257-7142 to request that a copy of your division rules be printed and mailed to you.
Thanks again for participating in the Arizona State Fair! Please tell your friends. We hope to see everyone in the 2009 competitions.
