Mottle / Tiger Grizzle (GT)
I am working with Tiger Grizzle in my Gaditanos. When breeding show quality Tiger Grizzle how does the underlying pattern effect the quality of the mottling, e.g, would T-pattern would be better than Checker or Bar to cut back on grizzled feathers and make a better looking phenotype? Are there any other factors to avoid or add to the mix?

Re: Mottle / Tiger Grizzle (GT)
Nice question ALan. I was wondering how undergrizzle affects tiger grizzle.

I don't have much experience with it Alan, so I'll be interested to hear how you get on. T-pattern always seems to confine the grizzling to 'pepperheads' though, so you might achieve a better mottling effect without it.
